As a director of Lear’s I have seen a huge increase in demand for a flexible and virtual PA since running the business. There is only so many hours I can provide myself and wanted to build on my expertise and trusted network of professionals I use to be able to offer this service to many more clients. I will always be a main contact and will be very much involved and on the end of the phone to each and every client. The help I have been able to offer to many businesses has been instrumental to their growth, many clients often question whether it is the right time to get support but as soon as they do, they always say they wished they hadn’t waited so long and find having the assistance very beneficial and such a help to focus on other areas of their business!

I always say, it is a good idea to write down a list of everything you do throughout the day for a few days. That way you can identify what areas you need assistance with and are happy to pass over.  Leaving you with extra time to focus on your business.
